Deck & Decorative Fence

This customer wanted a deck built in this area in order to utilize the space. This job started by digging multiple pier holes, filling them up with concrete, and setting post bases in them. Next, the deck frame was built using 4"×4"pt posts, 4'×12"pt beams, and 2"×8"pt floor joists(16" O.C). Then the cedar decking was added. The railings consisted of 4"×4" cedar posts, stainless steel cable, and 2"×6" cedar cap. A privacy fence using cedar fence boards on the horizontal completed the deck install. The low cedar fence on both sides of the new deck was added to close off the slope of the yard and tie in with the rest of the design.
